One subscription, one invoice, seats managed centrally, and every dictation still stays on the seat holder's own Mac.
Dicta for teams -- centrally billed, on-device dictation for every seat
Dictation that scales without a data-residency headache
Every seat runs Dicta entirely locally: no shared cloud service, no per-seat data flowing through us to process. What scales centrally is billing and seat management, not your team’s speech data.
Built for the team tier
- Central billing: one subscription, quantity equals seats, consolidated invoices.
- Seat/license management portal for admins.
- On the roadmap: a centrally pushed company dictionary and policy controls (for example, enforcing privacy mode or pinning models).
Who it’s built for
Teams in regulated or data-sensitive work, law firms, healthcare practices, HR departments, newsrooms, plus any EU organization operating under data-residency rules. The same architecture that protects one person’s dictation protects every seat: no processor relationship for dictation content, because none of it reaches us.
Verify it yourself, per seat
Any seat holder can turn off Wi-Fi and keep dictating; the architecture doesn’t change per seat.
Questions IT will ask
- How does billing work? One subscription, quantity equals seats, one consolidated invoice, not a pile of individual purchases to reconcile.
- Does any dictation content ever leave the machine? No. The only outbound calls are the model-download CDN, an update check, and license refresh (at most weekly); each is documented on the Privacy page.
- Can we deploy on a restricted network? The dictation pipeline itself works fully offline once the models are downloaded. An offline model-bundle installer for fully air-gapped networks is on the roadmap.
