Buying a license needs exactly one thing: an e-mail address. Sign-in uses a passwordless magic link, not a password or a third-party identity provider, and we store nothing beyond your e-mail, license and referral state. Proper accounts with roles exist only where teams need them, for seat management on the Team tier.
