Can I get AI voice typing on Windows without a Copilot+ PC?

Not from Microsoft’s own feature. Windows 11’s AI-cleaned “Fluid Dictation,” which cleans up grammar, punctuation and filler words on-device, ships only on Copilot+ PCs with a 40+ TOPS NPU. Every other Windows 11 machine keeps the older, plainer voice typing with no AI cleanup step.
